Responsibilities
- Development and shaping of the organizational structure
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of company processes
- Ability to take a broad perspective on the company's situation
- In collaboration with the scientific team development of the company's product portfolio
- Initiating investment activities and overseeing their implementation
- Motivating and developing employees
- Optimization of the company's operational and cost efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a managerial position in the medical device sector
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
What we offer
- Employment based on a B2B contract
- Gross salary of 10,000 PLN per month
