How inPPROBE works in HER2 biomarker detection in breast cancer
inPPROBE is a new diagnostic technology combining photonics with molecular biology to detect HER2 expression in breast cancer. This point-of-care solution offers the potential to complement immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) assays, addressing HER2 heterogeneity to improve access to targeted therapies such as trastuzumab and novel ADCs.
